Falak
Open FalakPrivacy
Last updated 2026-10-11 · applies to the Falak apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and the web app.
The short version
Falak works on your device. It has no analytics and no tracking, and your designs and photos are never uploaded by Falak. Accounts are only needed for Falak Stock.
Ads
The free app, Falak Stock and this website may show a small, clearly labelled sponsored message. Ads are chosen only by where they appear (and the design category you are browsing) — never by your files, history or identity. No ad-network scripts, no tracking cookies, no profiles. Clicks are counted and then forwarded to the advertiser without your details. Falak Pro members see no ads.
Your files
Everything you open, create or export stays on your device (or in the cloud folder you choose to save to). Autosave and version history are stored locally in the app's storage or inside your .flk files.
Camera and photos
On phones and tablets Falak asks for camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add a photo or save an export. The images are used only inside the app.
Add-ons and licences
Free packs are built into the app. Licence keys for premium packs are checked on your device; Falak does not contact a server to verify them. Purchases are handled by our payment provider under its own privacy policy.
Feedback
If you send a report or idea, it goes by email (or the feedback board) only when you press send. System information is included only if you leave that option ticked.
Web app
The web app stores its files in your browser so it can work offline. Clearing your browser data removes them.
